Pizza Hut

I just ordered a large pizza with 2 toppings. I was charged almost $20 dollars on the phone for a in store pickup. Walking in a sign on the door read "ONE LARGE PIZZA ONE TOPPING $7.99". This store not only tried to charge me $12.00 Dollars for one extra topping, they had the nerve to imply it was my fault for not knowing the specials over the phone. Yes the price was adjusted and yes the pizza was ok but the robbery at the counter made the whole thing make me wish I had gone to Bearno's just right down the street. Shame on you Pizza Hut. We are your customers for crying out loud!

I would love to order delivery from this pizza place but we have tried 2 times this past month and no delivery offered. Hope they get delivery soon! I had pizza from there before and it was very good. Update- tried again this past Sunday and was willing to go pick up. They were closed all day even though their hours listed open. I have no idea what’s going on with this store but they won’t be open long with this kind of situation.

The pizza was still warmish after the 45 minute drive home, the food tasted great and from what I could tell by candle light (the power was out), the toppings were spread out perfectly. The staff were friendly and fast. They did their job and made no fuss. This is greatly appreciated. This has become our go-to when we need to pick up food on the way home through Georgetown because of the reliability and consistency of what we are going to get.

I placed an order on the Pizza Hut app, which gave indication that the order was placed and eventually ready. Upon arriving at the store, not only was the order not ready, the deal offered in the app was not available at the store. The staff was not at all helpful or gave indication that the app may be faulty or offer to help correct the situation. I have since deleted the Pizza Hut app from my phone and will find other pizza stores to frequent.

Poor. Poor. Poor. As a food safety and sanitation supervisor in the Military I visited this location nearly a month ago. I've debated leaving a review. But recently learned the parties involved have been let go. I watched pizzas be placed over the clearly dusty oven as more pizzas were placed on the conveyer belt and pizzas over flowed all over the pizza cutting table, the non working lower over conveyer and anywhere where was space to stack. The worker would then cook wings and either over cook them or pulled them out of the fryer and let them go cold before sauce was placed on them. At one point I watched both workers place thier hands on tjier face and rub them through thier hair exhaling and clearly overwhelmed before returning to making pizzas and panning them respectfully. Needless to say there is plenty of work to do at this location.
