The Brick Wall Restaurant

Me and my husband have always loved China One. I called she answered the phone said what do you want? I told her my order 3 or 4 times because she kept interrupting me, then ended the phone call with be ready in 30 minutes and just hung up on me. Go to pick it up and still RUDE as hell. I am a very easy going person and was in the food industry for years. As a paying customer it’s not hard to just be pleasant. Not very happy with this trip and will be awhile until I come back if I even do. She needs to learn some manners!

Have tried 3 times today to write this review. Keeps blocking me out. They basically called me a thief. I bought $35 worth of food for the family. I was the only one that had put some on my plate. Took back the rest after throwing out what was on my plate. I asked for a refund or to re- make. They said people bring food back all the time and want refund. Finally after 20 mins TRYING to explain what was wrong with the food they gave me all but $10 and the tip I left when purchased back. I'm not a thief and I'm not going to make a round trip just to beat them out of A plate of food! Won't go back .

Place the same order at least every couple weeks. I always order my little boy chicken fried rice no vegetables. She read the order back and again I said no vegetables in the rice. I get it home and it has vegetables. She proceeded to tell me she couldn’t do anything for me bc she read the order back. I responded you did and I said no vegetables for the second time. Well there is nothing I can do. Sure I could go purchase another rice but no thank you. You have lost a 7 year customer for your rude comments.

Ordered the Beef Mei fun and General Tso chicken. Now we have ordered in the past since this is our local Chinese restaurant and hence the 2 star vs 1star. Today the general tso was dried out. But our main issue was that they gave us pork Mei fun instead of beef. It actually smelled funky too. When we called up and spoke to the owner he asked us to bring it back, but he called us back a couple minutes later to tell us not to come back and that infact was beef. I think I can tell the difference between beef and pork!! This will be the last time we order at this dishonest establishment!
