There were framed memories throughout the restaurant. The staff was friendly and hardworking! The food was hot. The place and restrooms were clean. And, of course, the ice cream is yummy! I'm so glad we stopped to eat here. We'll be back!

Not bad for a last minute dessert stop. Prices aren’t awful for fast food. People working here are fairly nice. Tables weren’t kept clean. Our order was missing a few things but they fixed it as soon as we brought it to their attention. Napkin dispensers were all empty and trash can were all over filled.

Went for the first time since living down here. It was around 7:30 PM and while I realize that’s late, they were no where near to closing.
I asked for a 6 piece with toast and fries but instead I got 3 pieces of chicken and barely a handful of fries with NO toast. It wouldn’t have been a problem if they could have told me to wait at the window until they could cook more food but no - just sent me on my way. Missing 20 dollars for food I didn’t even really enjoy and when I tried to call this location no one answered me THREE TIMES. Horrible, horrible service.

Store SAID they were open until 11 PM but the lobby was closed and drive-thru shut down at 10 right after we ordered. Also they were out of large cups so I had to settle for a medium and a small Blizzard for same order. Staff was unfriendly and rude. At least Blizzard was good!

Edit::: Today, I went to DQ. The dining room was open for to go orders. My order was fast, easy, and correct! This is what I’m used to here!
I think it’s about 100% good when I can go inside.
Most days, I’d give you guys 5 stars. I believe I’ve left good reviews here because I don’t want to be a guy that only reviews when things are bad. However, the inconsistency w/ locking the doors is crazy! How hard is it to take a order at the counter & hand it to someone? Short staffed or not! Instead, you choose to have a ½ hour drive thru line. Even so,if you’re going to lock out the world, GET THE ORDERS CORRECT!! I’m not sitting in that line another ½ hour to get it right! I come regularly! You guys know my order when I walk up! (Maybe if I could walk up instead of sitting in a drive thru line you WOULD have got it right!)
The last straw though, I walk up to the locked door with my receipt to get my missing gravy, and everyone looks at me like I’m a ghost, but nobody comes to see why I’m there! Maybe I can’t read the sign that says “dining room closed”? Maybe I’m a solicitor? What are the possible reasons I would be there, and what are the possible reasons you couldn’t come to see why I’m there?
At this rate, I’ve paid for another chicken basket in items that I haven’t received!!

The food isn’t the problem. The problem is the workers. They make you feel like you are inconveniencing them to place an order. Not friendly at all. I’d say business would pick up if you educated the workers on how to treat someone with respect!!!

First we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Then it was $12 for 2 medium Blizzard's. The worst though was no topping in the lower 3/4 of the ice cream. We won't be back.
