They did a great job today considering there was literally only 2 people working there the cook and the woman running everything else it took a little bit longer but everything was correct and perfect and I give her and the cook props for running the whole store by themselves! Good job to you guys!

lady at window was nice, but ended up being charged for an extra meal and order wasnt made how i wanted. when i asked to have the order fixed i was told i had to go around the line again instead of them correcting it.

I love that new bacon whopper melt I'm addicted but the store seems abandoned. Lol they need to start letting people in to sit if they haven't already. They need to make another new sandwich to get customers through the doors.

I don't have high expectations for fast food joints, but even so this one surprised me. Hard stale burger buns the day I went... before unwrapping I literally thought they must have started putting cardboard under the burgers for support. Nope! That was the actual bun.

Edit: I came back due to the $1 coupon from the BK app and honestly nothing has changed for the last 15 years. I posted a photo of the poor quality of food they serve. The same as usual.
They are always late even when I order 10-20 min in advance. I have done multiple surveys. It is a waste of your time. The validation code is more expensive than the online coupons. This place continues to be a joke.

DON'T PAY A KING'S RANSOM! Their quality of food is dishonorable and has been this way for well over a decade. The burgers are not even broiled anymore,they are microwaved,they are always under a heat lamp,the produce is always spoiled and the bread is always crushed. I don't even bother with this forgotten franchise anymore. How the mighty have fallen. It would be a crime and punishment to serve this to anyone much less the homeless.

This store has given me the correct order twice in the 6 years I have been going there. I almost always walk out with much more food than I paid for though bc of them trying to make up for the errors. I would rather just get the correct order! They ALWAYS close early, sometimes hours early.
