I was there today, a Thursday, for an iced coffee and 1/2 dozen donuts. One person on the counter for orders and a young man in the back making & serving coffees, etc. It got very busy after I arrived 2:00-ish. I just wanted to mention the young lady Julia/Julie was so good at her work taking orders and making the coffees, which is very involved, she definitely needs a raise or something!

Most efficiently run Dunks I've ever been to. I order on my app when I'm about 1 minute from the place and it's always ready when I get there, even when the place is packed during the busy morning rush. Overall a great Dunks!

Arrived at Georgetown location at 6:45 and store was already closed. This isn’t the first time it has happened during the week! I purposely arrive at this time for I have a commitment at 7:30 and want a hot cup of coffee to attend. I know workers have a personal life and I’m sure business is slow at this time but store hours are store hours in every other business I patronize. How can I rate the service when none is offered. I’ve had it. Georgetown Donuts is my new go to!!

I had three employees yelling at me Bc I asked for a refund so I could order online. A simple money transfer so we could have cash. I’ve never been so confused.

Amazing customer service, the manger is courteous and efficient! I mad eta mistake and order a go ahead order to this store instead of another location and she was more than willing to help my mistake. This store is well kept, clean, and the staff are friendly.

This is a very busy location with 1 door to both enter/exit and no drive thru. To help social distance and to get a more accurate order, I highly recommend ordering 10-15 minutes ahead on their app. I frequently stop at this location and have never had an issue with service or quality.
