Mcdonald's

I made a DoorDash order today and I noticed my burger was red. I wasn’t that upset about it but I noticed that instead of the cookie that I ordered and actually wanted I received a donut instead. I wouldn’t make such of a fuss but I don’t like the pull apart donuts. And most of my burger was thrown away. I called the store to let them know of my situation…. I heard talking in the background but literally sat on the phone for 4 minutes and then I said hello to get their attention. Yet no one responded.

Went thru drive thru order sandwiches and come home to our McChicken looking have eaten so I took a picture to show them I order Mcdonald to only get cheeseburger we call the store the can't even answer the phone and it goes to voice mail in still can't even get a call back. I spend alot money here in Georgetown daily to get food like this is horrible

Okay… I am NOT used to a McDonald’s being so efficient. The tan was moving and interacting like a well oiled machine pouring together orders. I had a very large order and it was ready in about 2 minutes, all fresh, and the best part… it was CORRECT!!! I know… efficient!!! Drive thru was moving right along while I walked up and out. Staff was friendly and didn’t try to kill me for asking for a few more sauces lol. It’s literally my second time here, the first time was a small order that was ready before I paid Lmao… if you’re in the area I definitely recommend this McDonald’s

There are a few people there that exceed expectations when it comes to customer service and Alexis and Jose are two of them. Now with the bad.... not once, but twice in 3 weeks during the week... I ordered food and didn't get what I ordered. I don't mean ordering a cheeseburger and getting nuggets. I mean one time I ordered a big Mac meal and when I got back to work they had only put one burger patty on the sandwich. Fast forward 3 weeks... ordered 2 bacon mcdoubles and received 2 cheeseburgers with bacon on them sloppily wrapped in mcdouble wrappers. Never going back after being ripped off twice.

They were backed up in the drive through so they sent me to the pick up lot and said they would bring it to me. I waited 15 minutes then I went inside. As soon as I walked in and asked they said "oh yeah we gave your order to someone else". So they knew I was sitting in the parking lot and they knew they had given my order away but instead of coming out and fixing it, they just waited till I came inside. They did refund my meal and made me a new one, but honestly that was the very least they could have done.

I give it 1 star just because I came here through the drive through and this one guy took my order and he took part of my order for example I was ordering for my friend so I ordered 2 fries and QPC and when I was about to order drinks the guy said ok pull up next window but i didn’t say it slow as soon as I was done ordering the QPC I said “and can I have a-“ that’s when he didn’t let me finish so yeah umm bad service
