Wendy's

I went to this location today and got the 4 for 4. I chose the cheeseburger and I get it with a big peice of plastic that looked like part of a glove maybe and a hair both inside my sandwich. Luckily the plastic was long enough to hang out of the sandwich enough for me to see it before I ate it. I took it back,and politely asked for a manager. A crew member looked out the window and was like "what do you need". I showed her my sandwich and what was in it. Instead of letting the manager know that there was an issue she just called back she needed a cheeseburger. So the manager was not made aware of the situation at all and I got a sandwich without the problem being addressed. A hair AND plastic in one sandwich is pretty careless. I just threw both sandwiches away and will never come to this location again.

Updating review. Last visit. Rough experience, But Wendy's has gone the right direction. The gentleman that I spoke about last visit was at the window this visit. He was polite and took extra care with my order, even as to wipe the excess soda off the cup. Good visit and I will be back to see if this service remains positive.

This is a very busy location. Located just off the interstate, depending on time day it can be a bit of a line, but they work very hard to get to you. Very courteous at the drive thru and our food is always hot. We go mostly for breakfast but occasionally for lunch. It's always very fresh and no complaints.
