Been waiting on a refund from this location for 4 months. Sold me a bag of "slop", leaking allover, no straws, no sauce...bad experience over all. Turned around,went in and asked for refund. After waiting on a lady to call her manager and try for half an hour to refund my card, she ended up charging me again rather than refunding. $35 for tacos I never got! Dealing with corporate comments/ complaints. I don't live in the area and don't make it this way very often. Corporate office wouldn't refund me,couldn't get this location to answer phone. Today, I stopped in and the manager was awesome! Gave me my refund, very apologetic and explained that she had been transferred to this location about 3 weeks ago. I was invited to give them another chance. I left and ran some errands, came back and they were all excited to see I came back. Service was great, friendly, fast and the food was better than it has been any other time I've visited this location! Much cleaner and presentable in the restaurant as well. Two other guests came in while I waited and made comments about how much better the place looked and referenced the new staff. If you have opted out on this location in the past because of a bad experience like I did...give them another shot! Whoever the owner of this location is, be sure to take care of the current staff you have! I think you're gonna be impressed with an increase of business!

Employees complaining of work environment in front of customer. Pointed out how the woman out front was even letting her dog poop on the lawn. Luckily my guy defended our dog and said, "Don't worry about my dog. Her owner has a bag and will pick up behind her." That certainly got them back to work. Not exactly professional demeanor and needs to be addressed by management as I'm sure there are people who need a job who won't throw attitude.

I was there 2days ago. Went thru the drive thru sit 4 minutes waiting to place my order with no luck. I proceeded to the window, waited for 2 more minutes no one came to the window. So I left. The restaurant was open for business. I could see worker's moving around on the inside. I gave a 1 star rating because you have to have at least 1star to give a rating. Very dissatisfied.

Just left KFC in Geneva...i will never go back or send anyone there. I placed my order and paid. The cashier didnt let the kitchen know what I had ordered. When the manager heard my order (Which was just thighs) she said she didn't have that much chicken. It would be 11 min. When I told her it was supposed to grilled she said it would take 18 min. Her crew was to busy in the back laughing running around and playing to work. A customer also came in behind my and she ask for a refund also. She told the manager she didn't have time since they were playing...also someone came through the drive thru while I was there and didn't get any service so they drove off. The poor lady that ordered hers when we came in was sitting there still waiting when i left..obeviously the manager has no control of her employees...the managers name was Holley and the cashier named KeKe took out 3 pieces of grilled chicken from the warmer and when she realized there wasn't enough to complete the order she just left the chicken box open on the counter and walked off. Im sure after we left someone got the pleasure of eating this cold chicken that was left out in the counter. They all need to be gone!
