Jarheadz Bbq

To be a BBQ restaurant I was very disappointed with the food. Ive heard from other people that there breakfast and burgers are good. I tried some pork and it was downright gross, they added seasoning on top after the fact. It was just weird. Visit was on July 6th around 5 pm. I also posted a photo of the pork. I did speak to someone on the staff about the issue and they told me it was correct.

This place has very errors to fix. The wait staff can be rude. The food has a lot of improvements, when I got the ‘fried’ corn it was dry and tough. The bbq tasted like days before, Wasn’t any smoke favor to it. The side baked beans takes like cheap beans with meat in them, nothing too exciting. The best part was leaving to be honest. Could have had a better experience at Larry’s and they don’t even have ‘real’ Bbq. If they want to get my business back they need fix a lot. I also don’t understand why the wait staff have to share to tips when some are better with a customer approach than others.

Geneva has a few BBQ restaurants but not like Jarheadz. The menu proclaimed the meat would fall off the bones of the ribs. Well I'm here to tell you it did. Some of the most delicious BBQ I've ever put in my mouth. No need for sauce here. The meat has been rubbed with magic seasoning and the moistness would be offended if you smothered it in sauce. Fried corn anyone? Oh yes, on the cob! Marvelous and juicy! (You may not need to sit next to anyone while you eat it.) I will be back to sample more of the delectable menu items!
