Terrible. Went there and there were no waffle cones. Next time the person who made the waffle cone had broke it all the way down the middle so ice cream was dripping out everywhere, didn't even give a cup to put it in. It was a mess. Next time drive-thru was blocked off so you couldn't go through but the lobby has been closed since covid so you couldn't get in at all, yet the sign said open. This time was told they couldn't serve ice cream right now because of staffing.??? What? Worst Baskin-Robbins ever.

The to clerk that took care of the three of us were very courteous respectful and kind. Although the store did not have 31 flavors of ice cream it had a wide variety of flavors available. The store was very clean and had a refreshing atmosphere.

First ice cream scoop I had was low on flavor and high on ice crystal content. The second scoop was more of a half scoop and when I mentioned it to the server I was ignored. He was so eager to get back to the donut side of the store that he charge my friend and I together without asking. (We were separate)
I haven't been to Baskin Robbins in years and now it will be a really long time before I will be dragged back.

Waited 20 min at the drive thru before I got to order. Ice cream is full of ice shards, just tasted like an ice cup. Extremely shady location, sketchy people wandering in and out of the back of the store, didn’t feel safe. Won’t be back

So girl who took order had no clue what she was doing .ordered a triple scoop cup with caramel chocolate ,cookie dough, and brownie. Husband ordered triple scoop with berry ,mango and chocolate both cups with fudge and krunch coat..I recieved 6 cups of triple scoop of single ice creams. 2 had hot fudge..No krunch coat..also ordered a red velvet machiato which came as a caramel machiato...idk you should train your people for the cost if things. Shift change was a disaster at 10:20 pm. There were no orders taken for 10 + minutes at the drive thru. The lobby was closed due to Covid. The service was unacceptable and very inefficient. This is a very poor way of doing business.

Was horrible. I wouldn't even give them the 1 star. Everything that we seen on the screen we wanted . They didn't have. My 8 yr olds icecream fell off the cone while waiting because she didn't have it on right and they refused to put a scoop on. He he was standing still. I could see if he carrying on. The icecream cones were stale. Horrible place.

Had two scoops of Icing on the Cake and it a freezer burnt and quite flavorless. I've never had BR, so I was excited. So disappointing.
