Pizza Hut

If I could I’d leave 0 stars, called several times and their customer service reps couldn’t connect me to the store and even after getting transferred the phone would ring and ring. I got through once started getting my order and they hung up on me. My husband called from his phone as well thinking it was my area code and exact thing happened. I tried to be patient but after the 5 call it’s becomes frustrating!!! Don’t even get me started on their online bc they don’t have it at this time as an option. Makes no sense you’re making the customer go to location just to make an order and wait there. Very displeased. Went according the street to Big Slice where I got fast service and customer service was amazing.

Ordered online. 30 minutes after delivery time I called the store. They said they didn’t have an order for me and that the number I called was the wrong store but the number I called was the one listed on the app. Drove to the store to try to get food. The three young women were nothing but attitude. They said they canceled delivery orders because they didn’t have a driver. I asked why I wasn’t contacted. They said they called. I let them know I didn’t have a missed call. The hey lied twice, we’re cussing and laughing between the three of them, and were rude, The district manager needs to replace the store manager with someone who isn’t afraid to flex a manager muscle. There is a choice to either train your staff right get rid of them. Based on other reviews corporate has failed to keep a company standard of quality service at this location. The DM and store manager need to be held responsible for the quality of this store.

Placed order at 7:44pm.. 23-33minute delivery. Since 8:15pm I have been trying to get in touch with this location, only getting hung up on. Contacted Pizza Hut headquarters, filed report and request for refund. It's now 8:59pm, order still showing "we're making your order." And my husband is STILL without dinner! All headquarters couls tell me was that the general manager would contact within 1-3 days. I asked where my husband's food was.... with "unfortunately, I cannot contact this location directly," and I even conference called headquarters with this location. Will NEVER use this location again! With that, after headquarters experience, most likely Pizza Hut in general. This was an absolute joke!

It took me eight Call in and then they still didn't have it right I would not recommend ordering from this Pizza hut at all if I could have given it a zero star that's exactly what I would have done! During this cold bed we're not taking a baby out with all the nasty stuff that's going on and they still got it wrong and it took me eight calls to even get through to use my credit card. I wish I could have given them a zero

I used to come to this location because it was cleaner, better staffed, and more efficient than the Gonzales locations. But the last time I ordered here, over 2 months ago now, they left me (and another customer, too!) sitting in the lobby for over an hour without so much as an apology. After that, I started going to Big Slice just down the road by the high school, and I’ve never looked back. SO MUCH BETTER.
