Awesome-sauce! Seriously! Food was great,clean, & so was the personnel!
My husband drives long haul so we hit Gaylord when we’re back in Michigan every week or so for 34-reset. We just happened to be at the hotel & noticed this place. We’ve been back 3 times now & all 3 times have been excellent food & service,thanks guys:)
I have been to a few qduba now. And this is by far the CLEANEST and best one i have been to. Not a mess like many others i have been to. The food bins are clean and not full of mixed spill over food from the preparers. Very nice and clean..give them a raise!!! Quality is in the workers, not the chain.
The employees were so helpful (I'd never been there before, so didn't know how to order) they didn't belittle me or make me feel anything but welcomed. They give you a lot of food. It's not cheap, but I'm happy with what I got for the price. Love the queso. The restaurant was clean and didn't have to find a clean table. The employees were clean looking. I'm writing this while avoiding homework, so that's why it's long. All in all I'm happy and will be going back when I have the money again.
When we walked in your restaurant we were greeted with a hello,smile and we said it was our first time so he explained how it work.We got two quesadillas and what was the best thing we could make it anyway we wanted. Both employees where very kind and willing to help was a very good experience. Keep up the good job. Always assume it's a customer first time. Have a Merry Christmas.

They were busy so there was a little longer wait, due to the lunch rush-to be expected. I've never been to Qdoba before and when I was listing off my items one at time, the lady assisting me told me it was easier for her if I just listed them off all at once. I explained to her I didn't know what items she had so I was looking because I've never been to one before. She came off a little aggravated most likely due to the lunch rush, I just brushed it off because of that. I felt they were a little frugal with some toppings. But overall it was good food, I'd go back.
I went here with my daughter. The food was delicious, the portion size was large too! We took half home to eat later for dinner.
First time eating here and I was impressed. The lady that waited on me was VERY helpful , asked questions and explained as she went through making my Burrito , no rush , seemed to care about the customer . Food was tasty , might be a little pricey though.
Although extremely busy on a Friday, they were very efficient in moving the line along and very generous with toppings. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend if you’re a qdoba fan.
We stop in here all the time because the food is always fresh, delicious and always great in quantity. This time we were on the move so my wife ordered online. I went in to pick up the food and wasn't sure how it worked so I asked the young man at the register. A tall guy looked to be in his early 20's looked at me and never spoke. He rung up another customer that walked in and I asked him again about what to do about online ordering and once again he looked at me and never answered. The manager walked over and picked up a bag of food sitting behind the guy I was trying to talk to and handed me my food and said "sorry for the wait". No big deal if the young guy would just have at least greated me! We will always go back because the food is always great. Maybe the young guy was not trained correctly and it is not his fault at all!
This was my first time eating at Qdoba, was very good and I definitely plan to go back!
