Hardee's

I placed my order at 6:17pm, there was a car at the pay/pick up window, and a car ahead of them parked at the curb waiting for their order. At 6:21, the car at the curb got their order and left, the car ahead at me pulled up to the curb and parked, and payed for my order. A couple of minutes go by and the car in front of me was given their order, then I was asked to pull up. Finally a received my order my order at 6:28. It took them 10 minutes to make a basic cheeseburger, fries, and a coke. They wasn't busy, there was only three of us in line. They employees were friendly and my food was hot.

Honestly the best breakfast I've ever had for under $5. I had the breakfast platter. It is delicious! There is also more food than I can eat on here. Love their breakfast!!! Going to have to knock some stars off. Ordered a double western burger....got something entirely different. Also no large cups or lids in the store?? Added pictures of what I ordered vs what I got. No bbq sauce or onion rings on my order.

Staff member working the drive thru was ridiculously rude. Like so rude we felt dirty after how she handled us when taking our order. She rushed us through our order and when we got to the window I asked the employee if one of the items was made a combo, and she said no, so I asked if we could do that. She then turned to the woman who took our order (who may have been a manager judging by her collared shirt, but I really hope not) and told her what we want and she said “well why the h*ll didn’t they say that??” RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. So unprofessional. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is bc the food was at least warm.

Service was great no line I ordered the new hand breaded chicken sandwich this was the second time I have ordered this once before at another location both times chicken was overcooked very dark crust overdone and dry what a shame I do not believe Hardee's corporation are teaching these people how to cook the chicken it should not look like a hamburger patty also too much ranch when I pick up the sandwich it should not run down my arm also Coke zero on the menu would be a Plus instead of diet Coke when I'm asked no we don't have Coke zero is diet Coke okay if that's all you have I guess so
