Shanghai Restaurant

This restaurant needs to be shut down. What they served was barely edible. The egg rolls were all cinnamon, not shrimp but a greyish-brown substance, and the rice was mixed with who knows what - which was supposed to be shrimp fried rice. The General Tso chicken was watered down, soggy and very rubbery. This was a disgrace and they should be ashamed of themselves for passing this junk off as Chinese food. I've been to China and I'd rather take my chances eating street meat over there then eating this again!! 0 stars Oh, after taking back the soap of General Tso chichen asking for something fresh and not full of water, she goes in the back, dumps out the water and returns asking,"is this better?" 🤔 No refund and no surprise ...

Absolutely disgusting. Order generals chicken and they sent what I think was sweet and sour pork. The appetizers combo was either old food re fried or they dug it out of yesterday’s garbage. It just might be the worst food in the area.. Just don’t do. You’re better off going to the store and getting a frozen box of Chinese food microwaving it and letting it sit out for a couple days before eating. You’ve been warned.

Their food is SO delicious. The hot and sour is to die for. We ordered take out last night-the family dinner. When we got it home it was hot and so good. My husband and I have been going to Shanghai for years and have never been disappointed. And we also love their Sunday buffet and hope that will be back soon.
