Colin was our server and he was excellent. The food was amazing. Allie, the bartender, made the best Bing Manhattan martini, I had to have two. The atmosphere was perfect! My daughter and I didn't know what to expect, but it wasn't this. We were blown away. You won't regret this visit if you decide to go. I can't wait to go back.

No words can describe how good Webb Custom Kitchen is. This place rivals any of the upscale Charlotte restaurants. The food and atmosphere was fantastic. We sat up top and could look down and see into the kitchen. The building must have been an old theater, which was pretty cool. Aaron the manager stopped by and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Overall 10/10.

This place is amazing. Everything from the food, drinks and atmosphere. Only thing I wish is that whatever is on the movie screen is what is coming thru the speakers. It’s a great place for a date or girls night. But be warned if you want seating upstairs there is no accessibility for handicap, no elevators or anything so only limited to downstairs seating.

Webb Custom Kitchen in Gastonia for Dinner. I’d been before for lunch with girlfriends and was always very pleased with the dishes and the service. Tonight we had 4pm reservations for a post birthday, birthday dinner - the food was excellent! Portions, flavors, seasoning and cooking temperature as well as variety on the menu was perfect. It is located in an old movie theater that I think our server said was there around 1927 - WCK has been there approximately 6-7 years. Service was phenomenal (it always is!) and our server Ameal (I’m spelling it phonetically, a-meal, how apropos!) 😁was fabulous! We ordered the cheesy garlic bread - it is a MUST HAVE!!!! Omg I could make a meal of just the bread! Cheese, garlic, I think cream cheese, maybe mayo 😍 it’s phenomenal. Trust me you would be hard pressed to find anything better! Gloria we went with the angry lobster too - EXCELLENT! So fresh, texture was spot on, lightly fried and seasoning was balanced. Really enjoyed this appetizer. Next up was the wedge salad - excellent blue cheese dressing (their ranch is really good too!) but I wish it had red onions (the only thing missing). We ordered the following sides: truffle fries, risotto and collards - cooked wonderfully! Of course the fries are excellent but the risotto was my favorite. Texture was grainy/Al dente, which I expected of risotto versus dry or mushy - and the combination of seasoning/ingredients was really good!! Collards were flavorful and cooked perfectly, teeny bit of heat (I don’t do hot dishes) but it was balanced and by no means overly spicy. Main dish was Norwegian Salmon soooo FRESH!! I ordered it medium and really should have done medium well - that’s my fault and now I know better - but the fish was so fresh it ended up working. I loved the flavor and the very light breading. Definitely recommend this dish!!! Fiancé got the hand cut aged ribeye - cooked medium rare - EXCELLENT!!! Loved the outside sear and seasoning, it sat on mashed potatoes. I don’t do mashed or baked potatoes…but THESE were fabulous!! Very flavorful and I personally loved the creamy, light texture. The only thing he said was missing was the cap, he thinks maybe the bone in may have a cap. Still, excellent ribeye, you could tell it was aged, highly recommend it. Last but never least - we went with pineapple upside down cake with a layer of cheesecake in the middle 🤩😮 it was out of this world!!!! And the crème brûlée which Gloria recommended - Some of THE BEST I’ve ever had! On par with Dresslers crème brûlée, if not better!!!! A bigger portion. Fiancé wanted the pineapple to be carmelized, it wasn’t - but for me it was perfection! Not wet, not overly sweet, it was creamy and sooooo flavorful. We put some crème brûlée on it and it was the most amazing dessert! The cheesecake cake n the middle?? Holy cow!!!! Trust me, you will love it!!! We told Ameal that Chef should try a crème brûlée ‘frosting’ on the pineapple upside down cake! It was fabulous! He said they are always looking for new ideas so who knows? Dodds Crème Brûlée Pineapple upside down cake may become ‘a thing’ 😎😁 It’s a hike but in my experience, totally worth it! Make sure you ask them to give you the story of the restaurant! Sooo interesting!! We had our birthday dinner upstairs, it was a first! Loved watching Gene Kelly on screen while we ate! It seems there are three floors/areas - first floor with a small bar you walk past to get to the various seating areas. The middle appeared to have a party room and tables and then of course, the third floor - I’ve included pictures and video for you all. GREAT ATMOSPHERE! Oh and one more fun fact - the music playing on the sound system? Soundtracks to movies!! Food is consistent and if there is even a hint of an issue - I know from previous visits they jump on it asap and make it right. We don’t drink but I took pictures of the drink menu because I loved the names!!!! I have to say this entire place, everything in it, the attention to details - just blew us away. Hope you get to try it !!

Was driving through town and stopped here. They converted an old movie theatre into a restaurant. Very awesome concept. Great service, food was very good as well. I recommend the wasabi noodles with Tuna. I’d come back for sure.

We had a great experience with Jeremy as our server. Our food was prepared perfectly and was delicious. The ribeye with a side of Mac and cheese was probably the best out of our 2 plates. Then top it off with the chocolate peanut butter cheesecake which was great.
