Stopped in here at 6:15 am. The drive-thru sign still had the daytime menu. I ordered coffee w/cream. They didn't give me cream. The coffee also tasted old, like it had been sitting for a while. My cup also had a bunch of grounds it in. You shouldn't have to chew coffee...

Vandora Springs Road. They get a one because that is as low as I can score! Friday morning, 4/8/22, it is pouring rain. There is not a shelter over the drive thru speaker. I can't hear speaker over the pouring rain, so I figure, as there was not anyone else in line, that I would go up to the window to order my 2 drinks. Mind you it was only 2 drinks! After sitting there, not being noticed for a few minutes by 2 employees inside, a third employee came to the window and I explained I could not hear the speaker over the pouring rain and I needed to order 2 drinks. She was told by the manager if I wanted an order, I would have to go back to the speaker. I felt like this behavior was totally rude and unacceptable and I don't plan to ever go back to this location and I will try to recommend to as many people as possible that they not patron this location as well. Never had a problem up until today. But I will not ever have this problem there again!!

Hot and fresh always. I order the monster biscuit. It's no longer on the menu but they never give me an issue making it for me. Great staff!

Could you please fill the container next time ? Maybe a fourth of what it should have. A $12.00 meal should at least come with what you paid for.

Customer service is trash and that waffle chicken sandwich was terrible. $5 for just the sandwich and it’s the size of a tiny breakfast biscuit. It was disgusting.

Hardee’s is definitely good! The staff was friends and the food was good as well. I would go again however I wish there was something that made Hardee’s stand out more. I will definitely visit this location again

I'm suprise all Hardee's are still in business but this Hardee's is nasty because the floors and the bathroom floors are so greasy that I just know the health people haven't even been through yet. I haven't had Hardee's since I was in elementary school.
