Mcdonald's

Recently went there for a egg McMuffin, they told me to pull to the side and they would bring it to me... 15 mins later I went inside and had to get my egg mcmuffin. The drive through itself is enough to make you go insane! If 1 side is slow, it is recently slow. Order is 90% of the time incorrect. If they ever tell you to pull forward, don't, just wait till your food is ready, if you ever go to this one!

They ask if you want sauce. Never put in the bag tho . Isnt really that hard to remember. Got spicy nuggets that are basically dehydrated anyway. This McDonald's sucks. Isnt just a one time thing either this is basically just how this place runs. Cold sausage burritos on sat and no sauce then either.

I ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge along with my food. After my order number was called, I went to the counter to grab my food. The manager slid my bag to me and asked if I got my sundae yet. I said no. She went to the ice cream machine and made my sundae. She then turned towards the counter where I was standing, did NOT look at me at all, and very quickly set my sundae on the counter. She immediately started walking away without making sure I had everything I needed. Which I didn't. I quickly had to get her attention before she was too far away so I could ask her for nuts. (Which I'm pretty sure I shouldn't have to ask for them because they are supposed to give you nuts with your sundae unless you tell them you don't want any.) After I asked for the nuts, she didn't say anything to me, got them, and then chucked them on the counter towards me. Not looking at me or saying anything to me the entire time. It was very rude and disrespectful, especially coming from a manager. As I'm sitting at one of the tables furthest from the counter, I was able to hear her use foul language while speaking to an employee. She wasn't speaking inappropriately towards the employee, but was talking about something else. I heard the words 'pissed off manager' come out of her mouth. And like I said, I'm sitting at the farthest table from the counter. There are two families with young children sitting a few tables from me, closer to the counter. I know that those children must have heard her, considering I was able to hear her. I know I will not be bringing my nieces and nephews here for lunch anymore as I do not want them to hear that kind of language. Other than the disrespectful manager, the employee who took my order was very nice and patient.

I'm not sure if the owners and management are aware... but the drive through is a MESS! I have never seen a drive through where so many people were waiting and leaving after being frustrated. I ordered and waited 20 minutes before leaving myself. They must be losing thousands of dollars a week. If you need an egg mcmuffin.... grab one somewhere else.
