I have always enjoyed five guys. This was probably my worst experience at one. The chocolate shake was very thin and runny more like chocolate milk. My burger was broken it was in three separate pieces when I went to pick it up one of the three pieces of the burger fell out. The fries were very dark brown and overcooked. Hopefully this was just a bad night, I'm going to go back and try them again in a few days and see if things are better and will alter my review then.

Despite being very busy, this was the best mobile ordering experience I ever had anywhere. The whole process was very efficient. Also, the food was great and the employees were friendly.
Yes, the prices have gone up significantly the last few years, but what hasn’t? And at least they are not skimping on quality. Sometimes you get what you pay for in terms of quality and service…and I consider today’s visit worth the price.

Was not pleased with the food for the price you pay. It was my 1st and last time there(5 Guys that is.)However the staff was nice and friendly so they I give them 5 🌟 for customer service. Never have I ever had an "All the way" hotdog like the one pictured.

Brought my mom here to cheer her up after collecting her things from her wrecked car. Had a ball with the staff as they laughed and made her feel better about having to get a new car. The food was as ordered. HOT & Fresh, love this location and appreciate their professionalism and humanism.

This place is definitely not cheap but it is totally worth it. TIP- all toppings are free with the burger including bacon! You will get a lot of fries so i may even suggest sharing one. The cajun fries are amazing and you get to enjoy peanuts when you wait for your burger. Staff is polite and professional.

Great burgers. They make them fresh to order. The burger/cheeseburger does come with two patties so if you only want one patty make sure to get the little. They also always load up the fries which is amazing. If you want though, they also offer free peanuts to snack on.
On their white board they always mention where their latest batch of potatoes is from so you know exactly which farm your food is coming from.

Wow. $10 for a hamburger? Sure! When it's this good it's awesome. Loved the food. Loved the fun atmosphere! The peanuts were good too. I'll go back or I'll even try the one in apex
