Got the original sandwich combo. The sandwhich was super fresh. The fries not so much - somebody did not see the "no salt" memo. Oh well, the half tea & half lemonade washed it all down.

I'm not trying to be petty, but it took this specific location too long to get me my food. I ordered my food and waited around for about 15 minutes and then they proceeded to tell me that they were cooking my food fresh. And I was fine with that. Granted it was right after the morning Rush of breakfast so maybe I give them benefit of the doubt. But when I got my food it was hot but it lacked all the flavor that comes with freshness. The fries had no kind of salt, and they tasted stale. The chicken almost tasted like it was not good in terms of expiration. I'm a frequent visitor of chick-fil-a. And I know how fresh this tastes along with excellent service.

I ordered on the App, food was ready when I arrived. My order was prepared correctly, as always. It was made fresh, and everything was hot. *This came part came as a shock, several employees were messing and joking around, not in a good way. They definitely are not what I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A. Please don't tell me you are excepting unprofessional and disrespectful employees. 😒

I love the food, but I love the customer service even more. It makes me feel like I am highly valued as a customer. So many businesses these days hardly acknowledge me as a customer. Chick-fil-A is the best at customer service!

My family and I enjoy chick fil a but today was not a great experience. We didn’t wait long to place our order which is good because most days it’s a 20 min wait to order due to high volume. We got our food and all was good until we started to pull away and my husband was checking the bag. We had no salt on our fries, when we asked for extra salt which they could of just put the extra in the bag however it was not there. I had ordered a bowl of soup with extra crackers. All of my crackers were stale I wouldn’t even bite into them, my soup was cold we do not live far from chick fil a so that wouldn’t be the case the soup was way too cold. My soup also had 2 small pieces of hair in it. I had asked for a Dr Pepper and my drink was not what I asked for it was a tea but VERY VERY warm. Little to no ice in the drink. We Enjoy going to this chick fil a bit sadly will not be returning. This is not the first time we have experienced something like this. We have gotten in contact with the manager but they are telling us there is nothing they can do to help us. We do not want free food or our money back. We would just like better service. They have been slacking in that department lately

I’ve never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A until today. The people in the drive through were extremely unprofessional. Luckily, I had no children in the car but if I had I would have been livid. They were yelling at each other saying things like “shut up”. When I finally got service and my food there was a hair in one of the salads I had ordered. Very disappointed.

Customer Service Top Tier. I was so happy this morning because I’m never able to get any food from them because of my work schedule and this morning ( a few minutes ago just made my entire day) Thank you to the gentleman in the front to take my order and thank you to the staff for letting me know someone will get to me shortly. I understand that when a place just open especially there. It’s bound to be a rush but I’m happy that I was noticed and appreciated. Lemonade OMg the Best and don’t worry about the food I ate it while driving home lol I was hungry and excited lol nonetheless Great Overall.
