Manager was very excited and willing to help but that was the only positive experience that I had. I've been to other locations for their breakfast buffet with great success. This time unfortunately would probably rate a two out of a possible ten. Biscuits hard, eggs over cooked meat options past allowed time(dry, hard etc). Went from looking forward to breakfast there to probably worst $10 I ever spent.

I didn't enjoyed my breakfast. I had the all you can eat breakfast buffet. Most of the food was a bit cold instead of hot. I even asked for more hashbrowns but no one bother too bring any more out this was after I asked 2 times. This was around 8:15 a.m. on a Friday morning.

Drove here twice around 8:30 or 8:40 and the doors were locked I don't understand why it says that they open at 6 in the morning when they're not I went there one time and they were opened earlier but now it's like the doors are locked because you're wasting your time going to an establishment that says they're going to be open and the door is locked that's unacceptable I see why the other Grandy's got shut down. As far as the Buffett/food part....very delicious....

I've been here numerous of times. But the last couple of times it hasn't been good. The breakfast buffet was not fresh. The bacon didn't looked to be cooked. Had to wait a long time for biscuits n other food. It wasn't busy only 3 peolpe on the lobby. Normally everything is fresh and full. Not the last 2 times. I won't be going back.

The breakfast buffet was not ready when we ordered. They brought the food out a little but at a time. The fruit was ready but the hot foods were most Luke warm to semi cold. They offered no apology or refund. NEVER EAT THERE 2ND BAD EXPERIENCE

This store is in a not so great neighborhood. It is an older place. The food was good. The portions were good size. But most of all the people are friendly and helpful. Try this place. The food will bring you in but the people will keep you coming back!

Fantastic breakfast buffet, there's something for even the pickiest eater. We don't have Grandy's at home so we're always excited when there's one on vacation. Food was excellent as always and the staff was very polite. Everything was very clean. Can't wait to go again!

I normally have no trouble with this Grandys. But today they were out of standard menu items(coleslaw), the bun on my sandwich was burnt(charcoal black,uneatable), and they forgot to include items I ordered and paid for. I was asked to pull forward at the drive thru window to clear the way for other customers while they made some fresh items for my order. When I got home all my food was lukewarm or colder. Very disappointed, because this is not the quality I am accustomed to from this restaurant.
