It’s not fast food when it takes 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. Was expecting a five minute run for Taco Bell as in a rush but ended up being much longer. Got a bean burrito and beefy 5 layer only. Would’ve left the line but there was no way to get out of it. It makes sense if someone ordered a big meal so it’d take longer, but have them pull over or something.
Change to one star, gave me some ripped up burrito. Disgusting place

Best taco bell in the area. Never had a problem here. Service was fast and friendly. Store was clean and my order was correct what more can you ask for.. keep it up TB team!

I went to order my lunch at this Taco bell and this place was the only place that I handed them my credit card in that week. Later that night, at 1 a.m my credit card got charged $200 for a online shoes order, $120 and $78 for a motel or hotel booking. Luckily I got my notification for every transaction of this credit card, so I called my credit card comapny quickly and they was be able to cancel all of the purchases. I will never go back to this shady place again.

We had challenges with the payment kiosk. A very nice gentleman helped us out and placed our order. The food was great. However, five staff members completely ignored me when I was trying to get a refill on an iced tea. One nice lady finally took pity on me and got my refillm

Today at this location...the tacos we got were fresh, really full with toppings and the restaurant was super clean! The young gentleman running the register was very attentive to all the details of everything! Great job!

Purchase Yum Brands on the stock market. They know how to make a profit. I spent $7.88 for two tacos shells and 1 tortilla with very little meat. They must be short workers because it took 30 minutes sitting behind 1 car. The Yumsters are sending their children to private school in West Plano on Our Tab. BEWARE...

I keep forgetting this is the location with the horrible staff. Shame on me for not checking my order before leaving, but if I said it’s right on the screen and you’re making the food and checking it off the list on your screen, you think it would be right. I still think they are overpaid at $12/hr. They’re not worth over $7/hr.

Again, Taco Bell was a disappointment.
The service was friendly and fast but the food just sucks. I ordered a Gordita Box and everything was just put in one bag with the crunchy tacos in the very bottom. I got home which was a 5 min drive and everything was just a mess.
My steak nachos looked nothing like the photo or commercial.
