Very poor service and food!
Ordered 3 meals in drive-thru and waited 30+ minutes only to give up and go in for a refund. Manager on duty argues with me saying "food is cooked when ordered and I wanted to make it fresh for you"... I know regular wings, thighs etc aren't cooked orders but I give him a chance. I leave only to see the chicken is old and the fries looked like they were re-dipped in grease to cook again. I take the food back in and the manager says "what is wrong, the chicken is not fresh?" Interesting you guess the very problem I had! Fast forward a week later, I am still waiting on the refund I was promised onto my card in the restaurant. Lame service, will NOT return.

Drive thru has been closed for weeks. Therefore when you go inside to order, there's always a line. I wish they would open the drive thru. Even if the speaker is broken, you could still take orders at the window? I don't even bother going here anymore until I can drive thru again.

I just got home and found out they decided not to give me my french fries. So I get the receipt and call the number. Well it's been disconnected. It's printed right here....

Cooked food that is too dry, too old, or overcooked

We have order from this location before with moderate results. Food was over cooked or just didnt seem fresh. Once we didnt get what we ordered . Also for a while the drive through speaker was broken and you had to pull up to the window. After a long day I realy didnt want food from them tonight , the family wanted churches chicken though. We were pleasantly surprised! The speaker was working when we pulled up ! The guy that took our order was helpful and told us they have new management . Best improvement is the food was hot and fresh . Great improvement ! Hope they keep it up . I would have gave 5 stars for tonights food but I want to see how they do in the future.
