Jack In The Box

For about week now there have been employees hiding in the back pretending to be closed. I caught a guy 1 night on the mic sounded like he just woke up. Seems to be around 11pm to 12am when this happens. Long lines every night but nobody taking orders. Been forced to go somewhere else for a late night meal.

This Jack In The Box never answer the phone. No matter what day or time you call. On 10/04/2021 I wanted a good hot meal from Jack in the Box. Usually, I don’t eat hamburgers but fried chicken (fast food). I went through the drive-thru to place my order. I realized the worker couldn’t understand me and I definitely couldn’t understand her. I specified what I wanted several times. Going in circles repeating myself. I asked her to drive up to the window. She said NO. Gosh, that should’ve been my signal or red flag to leave (drive off). However, I drove up to the window to pay for my order. I was so disappointed when I received my meal. I specifically told her two orders of number seven. But, because of her ignorance and being controlling she only gave me one number seven. I will never go back to that Jack In The Box. That wasn’t the first time I went to this particular location. What a waste of money and waste of time. Over the time of me going there it’s always something with them. Their character stink and they never smile. No matter how nice you are to them-they just don’t smile or anything. I’m assuming that’s the reason they have very little business. Never again!!

TERRIBLE service. We ordered for pickup and when I came to pick it up they said they couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t have anything in their system and I showed FOUR different receipts and they still said they can’t do anything because it isn’t in their system so I asked for a phone number or a general manager and I was told they couldn’t give me any of that information. And when I asked about what I should do about my money they said I had to go to the app and when I did the app said I have to come into the store to get a refund and they said they don’t do that. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
