DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING WITH GRAVY!!! It’s gross and spoiled!!! It has a dark color and its very salty!! Very disappointed!! It’s not the first time this location has failed me. Delicious as always, I love the sausage gravy with biscuits, my kids usually get the breakfast platter, one with sausage and the other with bacon. This time I also tried the honey butter chicken biscuit and it was so good. The butter was dripping off my sandwich so I definitely wasn't shorted at all. Maybe a little much but I'd rather more than less. 😋

This has been the worst Whataburger by far. First time in the line I spent 49 minutes waiting for an order. Where should I begin? The order-taker was completely rude worst customer service definitely was not trained. The young lady cashier was amazing she apologized he sounded sincere as she did her job correctly. When I asked to speak to the manager about the order takers attitude all she said was I know she is in the back now. And I told her that my order wasn't ring up right. I asked for a large combo only received a medium. I asked for no onions and clearly any picture it's covered in onions. Before I even took the bags from the managers can I asked with my burger made correctly and she said yes ma'am they got fixed and push it into my hand. Did not apologize for the rude service of her employees. So the manager change my total to charge large but didn't receive it. Something told me to check my order before leaving the parking lot and I did. I opened my burger and it's covered in onions. The fries were cold. A hash brown sticks where is soggy. The sausage egg and cheese taquito tortilla was old and falling apart and hard. I mean talk about complete dissatisfaction. So I called the store spoke to the same rude manager. The manager refused to bring my order out the door instead of waiting in a line again for another 40 minutes. But before the conversation ended on the phone the manager was Raising her voice at me arguing and before I hung up she was yelling at me. Manager completely disrespected me. Not once did she apologize for any inconvenience. And when I told her manager I wanted my money back she couldn't even give me the money back first so she gave it to the little girl cashier to give to me and still did not get an apology. I will be making a formal report and I have a manager's name as well. If you want good food good service for your money I advise you, DO NOT GO to this location..

Some of our baseball parents decided to meet at Whataburger after a baseball game. The manager there was engaged in our conversation and cheered our boys up with some coupons for our next visit. The restaurant was super clean and they were all very generous. Our order was accurate & was ready in good time. Best fast food service we have had in a while. Thank you to the manager, our cashier Irfan & the rest of the team :)

So everything was good except for the young man working drive thru. He was not attentive, receptive, pleasant, nor did he have any clue what customer service looks like. I still gave them 5 stars because 1 grumpy employee shouldn't represent the entire store. If you don't like your job, go get a different one. Hope your workdays get better.

Slowest drive through I've ever been to in my whole life. Not once, not twice, 10+ times. Most of the time I drive off 10 minutes after waiting to order. It's not busy, it's poorly staffed and managed.

Waited 4 deep in drive through before ordering. Then waited in line until I paid ....then after 6 minutes the young lady at the window asked if I would pull up front and wait until someone brought my order to me. I waited 20 minutes before I walked in the counter area and questioned the time factor in getting a patty melt and fries ...someone brought a bag from the back and said "Thanks for waiting" . Bad whataburger!!!!
