This Dairy queen is one of the better choices In Tillamook County if you want your fast food fix! Have never seen a blizzard dump out yet! Friendly service whenever I have visited, even on those long line days.They have kept their COOL! Very consistently they serve good food! I have been a.customer for years and I recommend the Cheeseburger and a small banana shake!

We rode the train and had a quick break so my son wanted to grab some ice cream. The lobby isn't open so we were told to walk through the drive-through. They had two teenage girls working the window and in the rush of all of the train visitors, a male who was working went outside to smoke.
Several people almost missed the train because they were so slow at getting the orders out (it isn't hard to make a dipped cone) and we didn't even get what we ordered.

Would honestly give it 0 if I could, the crew you guys have now is some of the absolute worst they can't manage to keep the store open, can't seem to do much of anything, today marks the 3rd time in 5 days I've tried to stop in to get a blizzard and they have been closed each time, and most of this was over the memorial day weekend. But today really takes one you apparently have enough employees in the store to have it open but when you pull up they will tell you they are closed for breaks. This never would have happened when I worked there and it's sad to see how poorly this store is managed anymore. It's sad to see what used to be a decent little store get run-down so low in such a short period of time.

The foods the same as always nothing great. But talking about great the young lady managing the night crew I think, is awesome. Friendly great service skills. Because of her we will come back. Give that girl a raise.

Despite of all the negative reviews my family and I wanted to go there for lunch today but when we entered the lot we saw employees standing around outside and a truck waiting to order. The driver of the pickup told us he had been waiting 10 minutes for his order to be taken so we drove off. Instead we went to the Parkside Restaurant a few hundert feet down the street. While looking like it could use some work on the outside, the inside was very appealing and comfy. The service there is awesome as well and the Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menu has something for everyone from fish over chicken and turkey to burgers. Prices are average for a non fast-food restaurant and therefore higher than DQ's but I say it's worth it.

Went to DQ Thursday 6/2 at 7:30 pm. Was informed upon pulling into the drive thru that the were out of the following: crispy chicken, beef patty’s, chocolate ice cream and french fires. I asked them
For two grilled cheese and they huffed and puffed and had to “ask the chef.” All in all I ordered two grilled cheese, one small order of cheese curds, and two vanilla shakes. It was over 25.00!! I just feel that they should have CLOSED at that point🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ Irritating and disappointing. Maybe they could have tossed in a free treats sized blizzard or a coupon for next time.

I do not like posting reviews during current times because I know there are staffing shortages. However, I think the lack of planning and coordination is an issue here. Granite, I did get here right when they opened(11am) but I was informed by the man walking across the parking lot to go back inside the building he would take my order in just a minute. I said no worries but then he informed me over the speaker that the prior crew had not counted their till the night before so he had to recount/reset it. He said give him 15 more minutes to do that. Then a lady came on and took my order which I had to repeat 3 different times as she said “sorry, gotta get my brain working”. Top it off I ordered a recesses peanut butter cup blizzard with chocolate ice cream and another girl comes out I hand it to me and it wasn’t made with chocolate ice cream. I correct her and say oh sorry that was supposed to be made with chocolates and the lady that took my order goes oh yeah that’s with chocolate to the lady that made it. Maybe I just caught this DQ on a bad day and hopefully if I ever stop by again it will be a better experience.

We don't have a lot in the way of fast food around here, but this particular Dairy Queen is always friendly, and even if there's a line, they always keep cars moving.
