Taco Bell

While I don't agree with the closure of many of the dine in locations leaving only drive through this location has never made a mistake with my order including orders that contained meals for 4 other people. The food is always hot and fresh. Service always top notch and if an item is not available am told immediately and a replacement is always mentioned. One of my most preferred stops.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Honestly I love Taco Bell, and I have lived here in Gardner for 3 years and I eat The bell quite often, sometimes a few times a week. Honestly I can’t remember a single order where at least one item wasn’t missing. At this point it just feels like I’m being robbed when I’m trying to simply take home my dinner. Y’all need to do better. As someone who has worked in fast food, putting the order in the bag and making sure you put it ALL in there is not hard. Do better, quit stealing from your customers.

I have multiple complaints about this Taco Bell....we ate here A LOT during my pregnancy. It's literally all I was craving. So they had multiple chances to change my mind about the service, but my orders were wrong more than they were right. I was handed someone else's food once and had to wait in the drive thru line for 30+ mins to get the right food that I ordered and paid for. Multiple times we had several missing items from our order. This location also has super weird hours. They don't serve breakfast at all like other locations do, they are not open past 8pm sometimes, and the other day we went there at lunch time and they were still closed! I don't know if they are short staffed or what, but this Taco Bell has really gone down hill over the years and it's disappointing.
