Pretty good for fast food, the fish actually tastes fish, it doesn't spend hours in a heat tray and... it is where the rainbow ends.

It's fast food. It's basically stuff you can fit in your gullet temporarily so that you don't starve, but has the nutritional quality of a pair of pants. Personally, I like the fries better than McDonald's because they are still good after 15 minutes, rather than 5 minutes, but that's just my opinion. I did have a quality experience at this particular location on this particular day. Staff were courteous and the food was served hot. But again, it's fast food, so I'd be dishonest if I ever gave it 5 stars.

This lady and the staff have no hairnets. As well as this woman’s customer service skills are terrible. Not to mention I found a hair in my fries that you guessed it were cold. PS: I saw this woman’s hands touch the fries with no gloves while a line formed out the door. This place is terrible don’t expect top notch service. Expect sub par service with random hairs and peoples fingers in your food.

Food was quick and on par with your average fast food place. The employees forgot my drink cup at first but that was solved rather quickly. Overall, good experience. Would stop here again if I’m in the area and feeling like having fast food.

Can't believe they are getting paid over 15$ an hour!.
I had to explain my order 3 time's?.
Apparently they don't speak or understand English.
All I ordered was a bacon and egg croissant.
Well I guess no one showed them how to operate the microwave!.
Damm thing was cold as heck.
My order came to 8.50$ ,
Gave her a 10 and it took forever to get my change like she couldn't figure it out.
Never going back this happens constantly at B.K.on Mill st. Leominster ( mall at Whitney field. ).

Dirtiest fast food resturant I’ve been in ever. Floors sticky, drink machine nasty, grimy handrails, chairs, just all around filthy.

Second time I've ordered a meal from the menu and gotten the wrong sandwich. Might not seem like a big deal, but someone that can't eat meat could get sick from this mistake. The manager that answered when called was absolutely useless, had to go over their head to get anything done.

I order food here all the time and am always getting treated with attitude from the employees. I go there today and they forget my 3 fries and ranch sauce 🍟 I go back in line because the lobby is closed once again get attitude and then I receive my fries in a bag un packaged with like 13 ranch sauces on top Now i work in fast food and if someone ever gave fries out just in a bag un packaged there would be consequences. Never had to deal with such rudeness. Gardner is the worst location and lost a lot of my money.
