Mcdonald's

I go through bout 10 times daily. As a customer or doordashing. Either way I'm serving customers. A female employee gave me a huge attitude parking in an unmarked customer parking slot. Saying door dashers cannot park there and I can't park there anymore humiliating me front of other employees I deal with all day everyday and full off customers. Good job making a fool out of me in front of everyone parking in an unmarked parking slot. Great experience!!!!( sarcastic )

Edit: the manager made it right! He made me pies! I’m happy Just ordered from Gardner McDonalds and went to order pies. I was told they don’t have any because they are closing at 10. It’s 8:16 while I’m writing this and asked if they would make them and I’d buy the number they have to make. I was told no because they close in an hour and 40. How long does it take to make a pie? Lol I’m not really mad more annoyed that was gonna be so good later!

After having gone to this location for many years, working at a Mcdonalds over 4 years ago for 3 years and seeing it go from corporate to franchise, I feel more than qualified to give an honest opinion of this McDonalds restaurant location in particular. First I shall go over the bad: The employees are too busy talking about random things instead of maintaining a sanitary work environment. When they do clean its the bare minimum. Staff in the kitchen are equally as unsanitary. You'll find that like with most fast food locations its employees are just there to do the bare minimum and want to clock out as soon as possible. Most of the managers here are a joke and are just as bad at their work ethic as the rest of the staff. Wait times in the drive thru are horrendous, especially as of the past 6 months. Customers would receive their food cold or lukewarm. This was even more apparent at night and later. The good: There are times when the service shines, this is particularly during the first shift, but that's only when certain employees are on that shift. They are attentative, friendly and are very quick to correct any errors and may even compensate you with free cards for food and drink for the trouble. This isn't the worst McDonalds I've been to, but there's a lot of things they're doing incorrectly. A change in operations and a good team of employees who respect themselves and their customers more could turn this restaurant around for good.

Seriously! The Gardner establishment workers need to pay attention to the orders! Every time you go there your order is wrong. When you order 4C deluxe crispy chicken sandwich meal (NOT SPICY!!!!) you expect to get it. So tired of not getting what I order. When opened the box it was the deluxe, but with the SPICY sauce on top and bottom of bun. Was so spicy hot was completely inedible. Honestly don't know why I keep giving them another chance. If you could give zero stars that's exactly what they would get. Absolutely do not recommend this place. UPDATE: 06/28/2022 Absolutely pathetic! Stopped for breakfast. Got Big Breakfast and small OJ, $9.65. Lucky if scrambled egg was even 1 egg, sausage, english muffin and hash brown. All cold except hash brown. The strawberry preserve for muffin was brown in color 🤮. Prices continue to go up and quality goes down. It's disgusting.

Most of the time me and my friends go (late at night) we have no issue the service is good and they always get orders right. But they say it’s open 24/7 well we have been multiple times at around midnight and they are closed we can see people in there just sitting on the butts in there uniforms not cleaning not doing anything. It’s annoying for sure. If your planning on taking a night trip here I’d have a back up plan
