I ordered 2 pizzas online and was informed they would be ready at 6:18. Going to pick up the pizzas, they weren't ready. At 7:00pm, after asking 4 times if they were ready, come to find out, they were sitting there for 45 minutes!!! Get them home, and talk about skimping on the toppings!!! SERIOUSLY!!?? Boss BBQ Chicken had BARELY any chicken, minimal BBQ sauce and the crust was thin!

My husband ordered the family meal of chicken broccoli alfredo. The employee putting the orders up was rude to the employee at the register, the employee at the register was new, and doing great- and asked a simple question, “Is this the Alfredo?”, the seasoned employee was rude and loud enough for my husband and the restaurant to hear. Our breadsticks were forgotten, when we called, the new employee answered the phone and apologized profusely, she said they were in the warmer and she didn’t realize that. I told her it was fine and not to be so hard on herself, I asked if they could be delivered. I was put on hold while she asked, and without even being asked my address, she came back on the phone and said they were too busy to deliver it, but I could pick it up. We paid $43.00 for this meal. I was told that money could be put back on the card, but that the person that knew how to do that was too busy- and my number was taken down and someone would call back. There was hardly any Alfredo sauce on the pasta, more greasy or oily than Alfredo, the chicken was dry and no one ate it. PS- it’s about 2 hrs after I called, and no ones called me back for card number

They’ve gotten my order wrong 3 times in a row… I give them another chance today placed my order at 3:30 and delivery time quoted was 45 minutes. It is now 5:10Pm and when I call in to follow up they are closed.I pressed *99 for the catering line and they stated it said delivered in their system and they would contact Doordash to see where the order is. We didn’t order through DoorDash we called in our order. Terrible service never buying from this location again **Update** found the food it was left on the hood of our car outside so now we are forced to eat cold, soggy, disgusting pizza. Waste of time and money do not shop here **Update #2** they sent someone to delivery a second order at 7:27 pm without calling or anything just had a random person drop off our order even though they “closed” at 5pm.

I wish I would have taken a picture of the sandwiches I picked up today. I ordered 2 small tuna pockets with pickle and onions. The sandwiches were a mess and had to be eaten with a fork. I did get the pickles and onions( which were put on the grill) there was lettuce and tomato. I will not be going back there again.
