Mcdonald's

I always have to check my orders now, before I leave the window. Whenever I order Ice Coffee, NO SUGAR, JUST CREAM. Can't tell you how many times they have put sugar, I AM DIEBETIC, can't have the sugar..also, I check my order, I have gotten wrong sandwiches, I don't know how many times...the food is usually good, would just love to get what I ordered...

They don't serve McDonald's salads here. (Seriously.) Since I need to avoid gluten, I ordered a burger wrapped in lettuce (which actually is on the menu) and recieved a tiny little burger with a smattering of shredded lettuce and a tiny slice of tomato on top, no wrap. My son's chicken nuggets were just as tiny and pathetic, and looked like reheated cardboard. However, I was still starving after that 2-bite burger thing, so I ended up sneaking a few fries even though they're not necessarily GF (bc they are cooked in the same oil as breaded things), and they were AWESOME.

Literally EVERY time I go to this Mc Donald’s there’s an issue, wrong food/wait times/attitude from employees you name it! I’ve worked in costumer service most of my life so I completely get that things get backed up/messed up an such BUT every time? This is my only “local” mc Donald’s so it’s not like I can pick another one. I’ve told myself many times I’m not going back but on a busy Friday night kids are hungry an you just want to get home so you think you’ve got an easy out, NOT with Gardiner mc Donald’s! This time I placed my order, paid went to next window he hands me the happy meal than asks me to go park and wait for the rest (no children in the back) so I said if I go park and wait for the rest the happy meal is going to be cold by the time I get home he says we’re waiting on nuggets and fries so I explained one more time he wasn’t understanding what I was saying! I’d totally understand handing me the happy meal if the child was in the back waiting.. but not only that of course I said I was parked to wait for food no joke every time I go there I get parked and it’s not like I order a lot 3-4 individual things! Poor customer service poor food quality! I’d never recommend anyone to stop here I’d definitely recommend driving a bit farther an going to Bangor st Augusta for fast fresh even friendlier atmosphere

I went to this Mcdonald's last Tuesday in the evening, and had some of the worst fast food I've ever tasted. The French fry oil had not been changed in a very long time so it left a bad taste on the fries. The chicken nuggets were undercooked and soggy, and the burger meat was dry and the bun stale. When we came up to the drive thru window to get out food, there were many workers just standing around on their cellphones. I understand that sometimes its just a bad shift or not enough workers, I just hope for a better experience for others.
