When I received my coffee today, it tasted like it had been sitting for too long. So I requested a fresh cup. I normally wouldn’t be so fussy but it was terribly strong. When I received the “fresh cup” it was warm, not hot. I wasn’t going to make a big fuss since I already had the clerk make a fresh pot. Itt was the worst tasting,Starbucks coffee I have ever had. Not to mention more expensive than other Starbucks locations.

So sad.. google literally has hours confirmed by business 2 weeks ago saying that they are open from 6AM to 6PM. 2 employees were inside the establishment with it completely closed at 3:30 pm today (6/5/22).

Closed at 1pm on Sunday, store was locked up and employees all hanging out inside. All signs in area say they're open, but the are not. If you're going to go for lunch, or close early, at least adjust your hours.

They have always treated me well and food and drinks are superb!!!

Literally never open. No matter the time of day. I've only seen them open 1 time in the many times coming to this service plaza and the 1 time they were their attitudes were horrible and they threw a drink at the wall. I wish we could have some stores in this service plaza that were actually open to serve and somewhat enjoyed their jobs when actually open.

Terrible- worst Starbucks ever. Not only regular Starbucks have the longest line and waiting since they got the curb pick up but the ones at rest areas are clueless of what they are doing . Grumpy baristas. Careless manager . I miss Peet’s

2 people standing around, while 1 worked on pastries. They refused to take more orders until pastries were caught up meanwhile all i wanted was espresso

Terrible! I ordered Cheese Danish and they give me cold one, I asked to worm it up
And women refused said I needed to ask worm when i was ordering... i put it in trash . Worst Starbucks experience so far...
