Chop-chop Kitchen

This place used to be great but it's a hot mess now. The place changed hands and now there is a new cook and crew running it. I went there yesterday and waited about 45 minutes before asking for my money back. They didn't know their own menu and kept giving people food that they did not order. Two men ordered about 6 plates for their family and everything was wrong. Not one plate not two but everything was wrong. They remade their order about 3 times. I left before they got it right. There was about 3 or 4 teenagers taking orders behind the counter but everyone was confused and temperamental because they could not figure out what dish was what. Who gives bbq pork to someone who orders sweet & sour pork---they are two different things. Just wanted to let the faithful customers of Chop Chop Kitchen know that it is no longer original.

I have gone to this place for years, I love the food and the old staff. They even knew me and what I always order. This place is the worst now...The staff is rude and the food is HORRIBLE. How did this place go from good to terrible so fast??? I just got food there and its so bad I am throwing it away ans nevergoing back.

Straight garbage. I guess they have new orders. The food wasnt fresh. I can't believe this we actually family of three threw our order away. 40.00 order... In the trash. Didnt wanna go back dont care too complaim too yhe locatiom I will just never return. Soup was old. Shrimp in lobster sauce was watery like a soup. Egg rolls where disgusting. Rice tasted like yesterday's last night leftover. Not fresh... Please bring back old staff and old owners.

I can't believe I'm writing this review I have been going to this place for many years but after yesterday's experience, I will never go back. I order 2 orders of shrimp fried rice and eggs rolls. I return home with the food and the eggs rolls had been refried, burnt, greasy and wrapping was peeling because they had been refried. I reside in Hawthorne so I didn't drive back to return the food. I actually threw the food away and now regret that I did not take a picture. I was disgusted by the food I immediately tossed it in the trash. Please before you leave CHECK YOUR FOOD! This is the first time I've experience this with the restaurant.
