My experience here was ok. It's a Carrow's and the main reason that I went was for the jumpy monkey sundae. Pablo was a terrific server! The food was solid & moderately priced. The restaurant could use a renovation as it looks like it's been the same since the 1980s.
Now... The jumpy monkey sundae is basically a banana split with coffee ice cream instead of vanilla. It looked fantastic when it arrived as you can see from the picture. However, it arrived with vanilla ice cream. It was still very good. But I just wish that I would've been told that they didn't have coffee ice cream. Because without the coffee ice cream... That's pretty much a banana split.
So, if you choose to dine there & you choose to order the jumpy monkey sundae... Make sure you ask if they have the coffee ice cream!!

Called ahead for curbside pickup. Very fast and no mistake with my order. Staff is very friendly. You can also dine in if you like. Plenty of parking and great tasting salads 🥗.

Great diner food. Truly. Service was quick for it being a busy Saturday morning. Got to have a nice time with a friend without interruptions and our coffees were replenished all the while. The only thing is, the coffee tasted so weak! Haha. They should have a separate batch for coffee lovers.

Family atmosphere. Very nice staff. Respectful and attentive. The new servers are knowledgeable and so friendly. The servers that have been there for years are still great.

This place use to be a 4 star but after the Pandemic it’s not the same. We ordered a sandwich and it came with like 10 fries 😒 The fettuccine had no taste. And the garlic bread was A PIECE OF HARD TOAST WITH BUTTER 😡 and the steak was burnt. Not sure if it’s a different owner or different cooks but they just lost me and co-workers as customers.

I came to Carrow’s with my family for breakfast and had a great experience! Our server’s name was Jasmin; she was very patient while we ordered our food and displayed a positive attitude towards us and the customers around us.
I understand everything everyone will not have the same experience, unfortunately, but the service and atmosphere today was enjoyable and calm. The food was satisfying (it didn’t leave my stomach uneasy). Usually my dad picks at restaurant food to remove burnt pieces but today there was no need to pick at the food before consuming. :)
