Came for the cream puffs. They're affordable and just right in sweetness. Conveniently next to a coffee/tea shop to pair with the pastries. Wasn't too crowded and plenty of creampuffs for customers to pick up.
Everything looked so delicious and tempting, but the cookies really stole the show. I ended up getting a handful of different kinds and each one was better than the last. I'll definitely be heading back to this bakery again soon.
Grew up on these! If you haven’t tried it yet, the cream puffs are better than any other gourmet/fancy bakery. Greatest $.65 I’ve ever spent
We were in the area and looking for dessert, specifically Cream Puffs and this place came up as the top result. I believe this is a Korean bakery and when we walked in we were greeted by the staff, and the smell of fresh baked goods. Lots of pastries baked behind the glass counter, however the donut and Cream Puffs were top of the priority list. The Cream Puffs are currently .40 cents a piece for a 2 bite, maybe 3 bite serving. They were on the chilled side of the glass, but the crust was nice and soft, not chewy as they may sometimes turn when chilled... The cream/custard inside was delicious, not too sweet or heavy and I highly recommend getting at minimum 6 pack per person (fat kid talking)... The Chapsol doughnuts were 2 for $1.10, a great value, served hot! They remind me of the Chinese sesame doughnuts you get at dim sum, however without the sesame. These have a little bit of red bean on them and we're very good as well. Looking forward to coming back for more!
Wow, they have a wide selection at an amazing price. Quality isn't sacrificed. I tried cream puff, croquette, glutinous red bean ball, red bean donut. Everything was good. Just across the Hmart Garden Grove. They accept cash only. Parking is easy, too.
Cream puff taste is awesome. First time I've seen it in this shop. I've been going every month for the last 4 years. My family and guests enjoy it very much. The only problem is, the raise fee has increased a lot in the last 1 year! The puffs we bought for 0.25 cents are now 0.69 cents.
I enjoyed everything I bought at Manmi Bakery. They are CASH only!!! Spent $1 transaction fee next door for the purchase. Will definitely return with cash😂
This is one of our favorite mom and pop places. They are always welcoming and the quality of their pastries is amazing. They offer a variety of Korean pastries, anything from traditional to more American inspired, at an affordable price. Our favorite pastry to get here is the gombo bread. It is nutty, crispy, and not too sweet. Their cookies as well as cream puffs are also a great treat. We hope this place sticks around.
Best Korean cream puff filled with delicious egg custard. .60 cents each
I love the cream puffs here! I can keep eating them all day!! They only accept cash in their part of the store. If you really need to pay in card you have to go over to the location attached to them and pay a $1 fee to pay with card.
