Reporting a lack of total customer care service at this location on Tuesday, 4th of August, 2020. I stopped by to put air in my rear car tire and to my amazement, without prior notice or any sign that the machine was out of order, it turned out to be inoperable. And this, I noticed after paying in $1.50, to which I requested a refund from from store clerk. I was told that, it wasn't going to be possible to make a refund, hence, my complaint.

The customer care was lousy! Their air machine is out of service but not clearly marked. The machine still takes your money but doesn’t work and the clerks will not help. The number provided to send complaint is also out of service! Very disappointed in their lack of respect for their customers. Need to be investigated for fraud.

One of the evening staff at the Gambrills location was very demeaning and disrespectful to the customers as well as to his co-worker. This was observed numerous times on 6/26/19 at approximately 2100 hours.
