Dunkin'

I wish I could give them no stars! I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up around 2:45pm. I pulled up to the drive thru at at 2:54 and waited 10 minutes while saying hello. There was some kind of music coming out of the speaker so I assumed they were short staffed but no one working the window. I tried going into the store and all the doors were locked. There was no note or anything saying they closed early. I do not understand why they would allow for mobile ordering if they closed early. This dunkin is literally the worse.

Slowest drive through service of any place ever. It took me 24 minutes to get to the window, and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Once there, I received no sort of greeting; the young man just blurted out my total. After being given my coffee and change, he turned away from the window. He offered no "thank you" or any sort of apology for the unacceptably long wait. I sat there until he looked at me again, and I left him with a rather forceful "You're welcome!" Slow service + poor customer service= my last time giving this place another chance.

I have never done a review on google until now but I can recommend after 5 experiences at this particular location that I highly encourage anyone who wants to get anything from dunkin dounuts not to go to this location. Just now I ordered through my mobile order just a basic latte listed on their app nothing crazy or anything specific added to it and I received just pure black coffee. I usually give benefit of the doubt but this is the 5th time this has occurred to me at this location. Just dont go here at all even if its the only shop open.
