Food delivered was very cold, fried looked like wet noodles.... the salad dressing was not correct and I got no extra paid for wing sauce. the food quality has been going down hill as we order once a week..
now I dont see what the point is. Guess I'll go to cheesecake factory and pay Double.

Good visit. Rozlin was great! She greeted us promptly and I never had to look for her. Food came out pretty quickly and order was accurate. And we arrived right at the start of dinner. My pasta was excellent. I tried the butterscotch blondie also...not so Good. It was pretty dry. Overall a good experience though.

The food is average, about what you’d expect for an Applebee’s. The service is really where this location stands out—the entire staff was welcoming, smiling, and willing to go the extra mile to make it a pleasant experience for us. Our kids enjoy ordering their own meals—they can be hard to hear and take a hot minute to get their order out. Our server was very patient and encouraging, which meant a lot to our 6 year old. He was actually the one to chose this particular Applebee’s!
The shopping center can be a little tricky with the traffic pattern (stop signs in odd places and a lack of them in others), but there’s always plenty of parking for Applebee’s. It’s also very close to ice cream shops, Target, and other nice shops. It’s great for a nice evening out with the family.

Applebee's at Waugh Chapel always serves up a good meal at very reasonable prices. My go-to entree when I want something satisfying but not too filling... their Tex-Mex Shrimp Bowl. The house-made pico de gallo, black bean corn salsa & guacamole partner perfectly with the grilled chipotle lime shrimp. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and there are plenty of menu options to choose from.

This is the pettiest review I have ever left but management didn't seem interested so I'll just leave it in a review. I asked the Togo person for a few extra ranch cups for the ton of fries I ordered. They informed my fiance that they could only give us one cup of ranch ( paying for them wouldn't have been a problem but we weren't given that option.) I recieved my one sauce cup to see they didn't even fill it half way. Again this is petty yes. My intent was simply to call the store and let manager know that their to go person may want to be a little more thorough with things a customer asks for but they never came to the phone.

The service wait was poor with us being one of only two tables in use. It took a long time to get drinks and put in our order. Food was good. Waitress was nice.

This was a horrible experience the only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the food was fine but the service here was horrible. Not only did we only see our server when she took our order and dropped off the drinks she never stopped back by to check on us or give refills or even drop off the food. The manager we watched walk around with a drink not stopping to see any of the tables. We ended up just paying the bill from the qr code because we could not get no one to come over to us. I understand when places are short staffed these days but to not even check on the customer. We left food because we couldn't even get a Togo container. We won't be going back.

Strawberry Chicken Salad was delicious. Our server Gabrielle, was very good. It was a little cold inside but I think that just comes with this time of year when it's hot outside and then the air conditioner is overcompensating.
