Coal Fire

I visited this location and this establishment for the first time ever on Monday evening to pick up dinner for myself and my son. We ordered a classic cheese pizza; we were greeted at the front by a young man for a carry out order. I noticed that the front of the establishment didn't seem all that clean; however we still placed the order, we waited approximately 20 minutes outside where the outside seating area also was not clean, and there was a dog bowl sitting at one of the tables where I assume someone with a dog had previously sat. I went in after 20 minutes to pick up the pizza and the young man opened the pizza box and the pizza did not look pleasing, you could see the oil still sitting on the pizza, and the pizza looked very messy/ poorly prepared. Seating and ordering were slow. Appetizer came out warm, but not hot. Best thing about it was the oil it was fried in was clean. The white special pizza was watery tasting with no good flavor. A courtesy check in from the waitress was non-existent, and Appetizer came out less than 5 minutes before the pizzas.

This place has the tastiest pizza with the freshest ingredients. It is absolutely “charred to perfection.” Their apps are amazing as well. Friendly and professional staff. Great place to bring your family or hangout out with friends. I’m giving 4 star only because they didn’t have my most favorite app at the time…their Pepper Calamari….soooo good!!!

Food is amazing. The service at this location is poor at best. The waitresses were inattentive. The manager had to give us refills, someone else brought out our food, I had to ask for our check and had to hand it back to the waitress after waiting 10 minutes for her to notice it sitting on the table. Also, I witnessed a waitress give a table the wrong pizza, take it back and then give it to another family 3 minutes later! 🤢

I've never had a bad experience here and the food is great. Once, the guy cooking our pizza thought the pizza might have been overcooked ( I didn't complain as I like a well done pizza) and sent us a free pizza on the house. They went above and beyond to make sure our food was on point and for that I will always be a repeat customer.
