The food was good. It's hard to find a decent Taco Bell these days. They forgot a few items on our order but were quick to fix it. They even added a little toppings extra on my chalupa to make up for it. Those little things make a difference. We will go back next time we're in Galveston. Hats off to the team!

this location was very clean. Which is Always a plus. The staff Mrs. Ashley was very helpful in teaching customers how to use the kiosk.

There's not much to say about Taco Bell because anyone who's visited one knows what it's all about. The consistent flavor of tasty fast food is what frequent patrons seek when visiting any Taco Bell.
I can say that this location was very clean, and the service was quick and easy. The only thing I disliked was that the counter person told everyone to use the kiosk for placing orders. This is fine for most patrons, but not always a pleasant experience for the elderly as I saw one that looked totally confused upon approaching the kiosk. Another customer was quick to help place the order.
Customers should have the option to use the kiosk or the counter for placing orders.
My instant take on this was that the counter person did not want to be bothered with taking customer orders, but that's just my opinion as I don't know what policy is at this location.
I will return to this location in the future.

Food was good. Went there in the evening and thought it was closed because all of the outside lights were off. Staff was not very friendly because they seemed super busy and not enough help.

Considering this is Galveston and it is fast food ..... They have some of the nicest most polite and hard working staff of any place on this island!! Never mess up my order or forget anything A+++++

Food was prepared right and the service was excellent. The gentleman that took our order was very polite. Whole resteraunt was clean and the bathrooms were clean

Normally good. Out of 4 tacos 3 were good. Asked for no lettuce and no tomatoes. The last one was not even 1/3 the normal amount. It was more like a nacho chip with a little meat and cheese.
