Very nice people. It was rather hectic and my online order got lost in the shuffle. I let them know and they remade everything nice and hot. And they were VERY polite about it.
Everyone will make a mistake at some point. Franchisees and corporate suits need to know this. But how they handle it is what makes the difference.
This crew at lunch time on Saturday august 6, 2023 knocked it out of the park. They took what could have been a bad experience and made it excellent.

Waited for a long time but it's a busy location....good problem to have, right? Buy our order was taken correctly and hot and ready to eat. Great service!! Will stop here again whenever I return to Galveston

The adult happy meals were awesome! Even tho this location was cash only tonight because of some issue with their credit card machine, they got the food out to us quickly, everything was fresh, and we loved the nostalgic adult happy meals! Lol! They were a little pricey, but we enjoyed them nonetheless.

I felt like the crew wasn't super friendly but they were very busy. It sounded like chaos and disarray in the kitchen; almost as if they were arguing, but they got my order right. The parking & Drive-thru area is very cramped. I will likely go to this McDonald's again.

The employees there work extremely hard... This has to be the best McDonald's I ever been too.... No lie.... The service is fast, the employees are very friendly and helpful and the food is extremely fresh 😊

You can pretty much rely on the same quality good at any store. The new and upgraded stores have gone more to having the customers order their own food, that can be a little confusing at times

Traveling thur on vacation. But I did a online order and got there it was so busy, but my food was right and hot. Good job. My home town can never do this.
