Papa Johns in General, is my favorite pizza place! This location however stole my more then just my waist line tonight, they stole my heart and loyalty. Thank you for going above and beyond for the Vetrens who we are honoring today!
I'm sorry for all the customers who had bad experience at this location: we had amazing one. The staff was friendly and the cashier was extremely helpful with the order. There was an online deal that he honored at the store. Yes, it took a bit longer than promised; but not a biggie, things happen (especially on Friday afternoon). And I must say - pizzas were delicious: fully loaded with all the ingredients.
Mike had been our delivery driver a few times now and we absolutely love him! The first time he dropped off pizza he knocked and yelled “it’s pizza time!” And it literally made our night! He’s remembered us and been so kind and prompt with his deliveries. Big fan of Mike and this papa John’s!
Yal ??? This last time I went here for a pizza they made a mistake.... So being the fair person that I am... decided to give it another shot... And when I tell yal I ordered one of those watchmacalic thingy ma jiggs... Aka a papadia I almost ate the box and the bag it came in... It was soooo good and satisfying...I ordered the pepperoni, mushroom, and meatball one.... They definitely won me back 😂😂😂..... So I'll definitely be going back for another one.... Good job Papa John's.... Good job 🥰🥰🥰
I have always been a huge fan of Papa John's, I've seen this store take a nose dive for the worst but ever since Jasmine came in to run the store, everything has gotten so much better. Thanks for making everything right. Even your delivery drivers have improved!
I can’t thank this store enough - I made a big mistake on my order this evening and the staff and manager were SUPER understanding and took care of it! She said listen, we all make mistakes. So friendly! Will definitely order from them again when we’re back in town!!
We have ordered twice from here for delivery to the 91st pier. Both times, the delivery has been very prompt and the pizza was cooked to perfection. I have absolutely no complaints!
Papa johns is my favorite pizza place so this is a bias review. Service was fast and food was terrific. Staff told me about a discount code that saved me 25% on my order.
You can hardly ever go wrong with a fast food chain of any restaurant. Great customer service and they were open on the 4th of July
So this is the first time I have left this type of review. Michael, your driver arrived quickly, was nice and professional, and had
2 hot pizzas. Unfortunately, one was wrong. He was so professional about that, apologized first, and said he would be right back with the pizza. He was, and it was perfect. I tipped him a second time, I was so impressed. I have 40 years in customer service as a manager. Michael, I appreciate you, and if you ever want a job in Sugar Land, I have one for you! Great job, also, to whoever hired and trained this nice man. Five stars plus today!
Great staff! The best pizza on the island. Always busy and may have to wait but well worth it.
