The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. The ladies that were running the place were welcoming and did not mind holding a conversation.
The spare ribs and pork chop platter I had were delicious. It came with 2 sides. I chose to have potato salad and onion rings. They give you hbq sauce to dip your food in and that was delicious as well. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes bbq.
The place is a small corner spot. I drove past it twice due to construction on the road. Other than that it was noticeable.

Great BBQ! Everything taste really good. Definitely get your moneys worth. Great mom and pop vibe from this place. I came to visit before my cruise and the owner was a awesome lady, she made plenty of suggestions to sight see around the city before we depart. A++ experience.

The food was 100/100. Try the chopped brisket ... It brings on a religious experience.

Everyone was upbeat and actually enjoyed their job, and it showed in the EXCELLENT Customer Service. Oh, about the food ..... Delicious! The brisket was perfect!! I could tell the pure love that went into cooking this amazing piece of meat! Sliced perfect, just the right amount of flavoring, an awesome mahagony smoke ring, just enough tug and each piece was as delicious as the bite before. I was VERY VERY satisfied with my experience from the walk in the doors to the last bite of my awesome sandwich!! The best experience I have had anywhere in a very long time! A+++++

The food was delightful and went well with the home atmosphere. The people are very friendly and practically treat you like family. The buffalo burger was definitely great and the sauce they make is a great bit of flavor and spice. It's like the family bbq +10
Walked in to several smiles and a good afternoon. We were told to pick our own table so we sat near a window with a view of the patio and smoke house. Our incredibly warm waitress walked over shortly after and offered us beverages along with recommendations. We started with the fried pickles. I can stop this review now at 5 stars but we decided to stay for the Chopped Beef Sandwich.
There is a good chance I'm moving across the street. The meat was tender, the sauce was delicious and the bread was perfect.

Took a trip to galveston with my boyfriend for Memorial day and we just happened to pass by the BBQ Barn and decided to turn around and give it a try. We had amazing and friendly service and the food was great. Great options at even better prices. Oh and BYOB is always a plus lol. I definitely recommend.
