Big Cheese Pizza

I am not happy. the employee's were kind the pizza is good or I would not come here. my granddaughter has allergies to gluten which is pretty much everything in big cheese I wanted to bring gluten free food for my granddaughter and still feed a group of 8 and was told i could not bring outside food . shawn the owner needs to change this policy or be more flexible. Being a owner of a company myself I would not treat my customers that have been coming to big cheese for over 30 years plus like this you have lost a good customer and I will tell everyone I know how the policy is bad 👎

This place is my inlaws favorite pizza place since they were kids. And My niece has really severe food allergies, so we bought her food that she can eat so she wont be excluded while we all eat. But they denied her to eat. Non inclusive or consideret to other. When they dont offer allergy allternatives. That is how you lose loyal, generational customers. I personally dont like the pizza but I go its nostalgic for my husband . Yet they let you bring outside food like cake and ice cream for parties.

Good pizza, but horrible customer service. Also, why give me the option to pay online and then make me take my card in to get the food? Treat your customers right, because without customers, there’s no money coming in to pay you. Treat people right, because of that, our family will not be supporting your local chain anymore.
