The food order was good. Nothing special. But was was amazing was the service. The guy came to our vehicle gave us our food. He actually asked us if we needed anything else. And told us have a good day. Most of the time they just come drop off and leave. The guy's name was Able. Very nice guy I hope I got his name right. It was really windy that day and I couldn't hear it right. But that guy was great. You don't get that kind of service anymore. Will be back again.

The lettuce isn't shredded. I love that. The meat is juicy and actually taste grilled. Not like bk which smells like farts and has the texture of leather. Or shredded lettuce like mickey d's. Good job carl's. And their staff is nice.

Foods always good here, I just keep remembering a bad experience I had here a few months ago with the guy in drive through...i was asking him how much the price difference was for small med or large and he was making fun of me acting like he didnt hear me then acted like he didnt understand what i was asking then he kept repeating what i was asking him...he laughed in the background and u could hear the people laughing because i was asking how much the price was to get a large. med, or small...then when the manager comes up to talk to me he laughed like it was funny...very unprofessional....for a manager...so it takes 2 stars from my over all experience...sorry guys. I barley went bk since my experience...It was better and food is still great thank you new team members.

April 26, 2022 @5:13pm cashier Rose made us wait for the longest time just for ketchup after she gave us our order, she is lazy as a customer service, re train her or re train your whole drive up staff. I hope my next visit will be better if not I will not come back to this establishment

When you tell them 3 times no mustard on anything....you get a ton of mustard on you both burgers ...had to have them redo it...
...but it tasted pretty good once they got it right...but our fries were cold by then...

We usually go to Carl's Jr for the burgers and chicken strips. This time I ordered the new BLT chicken sandwich and I must say it is pretty disappointing especially for the price. We waited over 20 mins for our order only to discover a puny piece of chicken between the buns. Honestly, I think I'll stick with Wendy's or KFC's chicken sandwiches.
