Definitely worth the short drive off I-40. The smoked turkey/bacon/avocado sub is great!

Tasty stop!. This was the perfect lunch stop on a long road trip. The sandwiches were, indeed, huge but extremely flavorful. Tried a maple donut too and didn't regret it! We would love to have a deli like this in our town!
Amazing subs! Bread tastes very fresh and the "6in" sub is literally a foot long. Never had the "12in" but I can imagine that it is HUGE. I love this place and recommend it to all my friends.
Wonderful Ham & Cheese Sub. I wouldn't think of combining a deli with donuts but this concept seems to work. The sub, which was touted as 6" was closer to 9" in length. The bread was tasty (I opted for white) and they did not skimp on the "insides". Overall I was very pleased with the sub. I decided to get a maple filled long john, filled with Bavarian Creme. Even though it was the afternoon, the donut tasted like it was just made. We will be coming back next time we come through town!
Fresh donuts can't be beat. But like everywhere in Gallup, unfriendly staff. Felt pretty unwelcome. Will go back and try a sandwich maybe the guy behind the counter was having an off day.
Awesome sandwiches and donuts. Got to try the apple fritters!
DO NOT judge a book by its cover! Oh my gosh, the bread was so fresh, and 6" sandwiches were filling. Veggies and condiments were distributed evenly. Not too much, not too little. You can get extra vegetables for a cost. I definitely suggest getting your bread toasted. It adds such a good flavor to the sandwich, also softening the bread like it came fresh out of the oven.
For dessert, the first donut that caught our eye was the apple fritter. Baked to perfection, crisp, thin, and a good amount of apples in and glaze on the fritter.
Their donut display was full, large selection! Also, the sandwich I got was surprisingly amazing! (Turkey, bacon, avocado.) My son's pb&j was pretty good too. Definitely going to be my go-to when passing through Gallup.
My wife and I finally got the chance to stop by again after a good six months passed and this is always our favorite place to go to in Gallup. No matter what time it is you'll get the best sandwiches and donuts around!! My wife always grabs the 6" Ham and cheese and I always get the Pepper Turkey with pepper jack cheese, bacon and avocado 🥑. Friendliest Folks you'll ever meet too.
Thanks to other people’s posts and reviews we stopped in for lunch on our way to Arizona. Why would you ever buy a corporate sandwich when these guys make their bread from scratch. Their meat is sliced in house and is so very tender and all the ingredients are top notch. They have been in this location 39 years!!! The place is super clean as well. Support your local businesses and eat here often if you can. We were so impressed we also purchased donuts for this morning with our family…..they didn’t make it that long!!!
My new favorite stop when I visit Texas!! The owner and her staff have a people-pleasing demeanor. My travel companion and I were transporting pets to California and, after staying in town the night before, woke up ready for some delicious coffee and donuts. We never could have imagined falling in love with maple glazed cake donuts!! But it happened! We absolutely recommend you not pass it by!
This little mom and pop shop is awesome. They stay busy because everyone knows how good they are. Sandwiches were yummy.
