This was our first visit to this restaurant. I ordered a Chili Rellano Dinner. The stuffed pepper was good, but the burritos lacked flavor. The dining area has a bar and several TV monitors for watching sports. Outdoor dining is also available.
They catered our sons wedding reception. Jorge, the owner, came, served and made sure everything was perfect! He made fresh guacamole just before we ate. EVERYONE LOVED it all!
Their portions were very generous. He made sure we had more than enough.

The food was delicious, very satisfying. Also they give you enough to get full, this Mexican restaurant is very close to the top of my list for top ten in Tennessee. Try them out... You won't be disappointed 👍
We celebrated Valentines Day at this lovely Mexican seafood restaurant. We shared Ostiones (raw oysters), Fajita Acapulco (shrimp, crab, scallops, tilapia), and house mixed sangria. Chocolate chimi finished our excellent meal.
My favorite Mexican restaurant in Gallatin. Radishes, grilled onions, and a Big glass of Jamaica makes it the best place around.
They have a huge menu to choose from and everything I have tried has been great. I've been coming here for years and I have not been disappointed.
I was never a fan of Mexican until I ate here about 5 years ago. I was staying in Gallatin for the weekend and got the Chorio Pollo, I was blown away how good it was. I have tried at least a dozen other Mexican restaurants and none of them come close to Cancun Lagoon. So fast forward to this weekend and finally make it back to Gallatin, Tn. So for dinner it had to be here. How would it stack up, was it just that one night or made up in my mind was so good the first time. Well my second time here was equally as great!! No let down, flavor, color was amazing. The owners sister was a great help and super nice!!! Well done, there is no doubt why the ratings are so high here. MAGNiFICENT!!
The food was AMAZING!! It was my first time there and it will not be my last time! The molcajete was so delicious and the fajitas are too, the drinks are great and pricing is well worth it. Highly recommend!
Wow! SOOOOO GOOD! I came in late but they were happy to serve Me. The food was god and the service was fast. Modelo cold!
Loved the chips and salsa and the food was great. Fiesta's came out sizzling and was so good my fiance ordered a burrito Mexicano and he got a huge burrito so definitely worth the price! We also got a pina colada and a beer to go with our food so overall great place. Only thing I didnt like was the waitress needs to be a lil more attentive to her tables. I had to get her attention to add something to my order and to get a to go box. She should be checking in more on her tables. She was a nice lady though. I would come back!
