Arby's

This location is slowly getting more staff in and the food has improved. Only 4 stars because there is one drive thru attendant who is rude and never helpful. We usually do a lunch run here for the whole office and if she is working she says they don't have drink trays. There is never a problem getting a drink tray unless this one attendant is at the window. Try the bronco berry sauce lol Update Was excited to give the white cheddar mac and cheese a try. A few bites in and I noticed something gross growing in the seam of the cup. Whateverthe cup was contaminated with was only coming from the inside seam and there didn't appear to have that color anywhere else. I threw the rest of it away. I've worked fast food before and understand it well enough to know I was not going to finish the meal.

Here recently, I have been through drive-thru a couple of times here, and their crew has been extremely nice. It can be a challenging job to work with the public, not to mention when your shift is short staffed. Managing your attitude with a short-staffed shift is a skill, a skill not lacking in patience. It is not always "a walk in the park" to serve the public their breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner. Not to mention when they are short of workers, and they have all worked a split-shift all week. Let's go ahead and add in those personal-life dilemmas, as well.... Are you getting the gist? Anyways, they did an amazing job!Remember, the whole world is short-staffed. Be Kind.

I love arbys. But I do not like the fact that they still have the lobby closed especially when its rush hour and you don't have time to wait in a long line.. COVID isn't enough to keep the lobby closed anymore. It times for American to move forward its been over a year already. When is enough, enough???

I was finally able to go through the drive thru at this location. Usually closed or line way too long when I get off work. I had been dying to try the new beef bacon brisket dip sandwich, which was delicious by the way but I'm sure it would've been better if I had been given the dipping sauce (au juis). I live 35 mins away and the weather is bad in our area so I wasn't about to go back for it.
