This Chuck E. Cheese is not the best but not the worst neither. Its good to go during the day within 2 hours of their opening! When it gets too busy its a little complicated. The kids definitely have fun , children don't pay attention to the details we adults see! Food is great and game diversity too. Some of the game dont work but its manageable. Also they have a great pass for 1 hour at $15 every game unlimited. So its pretty cool!

5 Star Greeting!!! We were greeted in the warm, friendly and enthusiastic way when we walked in by a tall young man who made me feel like I was coming in to Disneyworld instead of my local Chuck E. Cheese pizza place. Fantastic!! Give that young man a raise and a promotion because I'm 51 and have been coming to Chuck E Cheese for 33 years for various generations of kid events and I've never ever been so wonderfully treated upon arrival. There was another young man in a blue shirt that signified he was a manager and he also was very helpful and polite to my various questions about whether I should buy 'points' or 'time'. He encouraged me to buy 'time' for my 4 & 6 yr. old grandsons. It worked out great. I bought the $11 for 30 minutes plan, but Right before purchase it gives you the option To spend "Just $2 more"... for extra time. So instead of paying $11 for 30 minutes, I paid $13 for 38 minutes. All in the name of FUN!!

My daughter and I had a great time there. It was her first time and my first time in many years. The staff was wonderful. They were very helpful and kind. The manager, whose name I should have made note of, was amazing. He was very responsive and sick to help when I told him how the machine ate my daughters one ticket and didn't give her credit for. She was happy that she could get the ticket and the credit and a free game to play too! Thank you so much! All in all a great experience!

We had my sisters birthday party there and all the workers were very friendly and inviting. They took security very seriously. The pizza was good and the size of the place is perfect because all the kids are very close so you can’t possibly lose one. When my sister was scared of Chucky the workers didn’t force her or anything and one worker was so kind that she told my sister that Chucky was a sweet and nice guy and my sister even took a photo voluntarily at the end! Overall, Experience was great except that the ticket machines where you insert your tickets to get a receipt stopped working but then we’re repaired.
