Great food, cooked to perfection, very accommodating with special requests, friendly and efficient staff. A little loud but we were there during the Commanders game, so understandable. Loved being in the historic old town Gaithersburg.

Love the family that owner OTC they are the best. The food is great and the drinks are too. The new addition looks great. I love Fridays when DJ TY'S KARAOKE NATION is there we have so much fun and I look forward to every Friday.

The food was excellent! We had the burgers and cheese steak. Everything was freshly made. We also had one of the best wings we had ever tasted. Make sure you order the wings along with the meal. They have a full bar. The service staff and our waitress were all excellent.
Definitely worth far more than what they charge for the food.
If you are in Gaithersburg or Rockville area or traveling to Montgomery County, make sure you stop by OTC Bar and Grill. It is in a wonderful part of the old town Gaithersburg next to railroad station. It is a neighborhood gem. Highly recommend it.

Love the atmosphere. My brother and I used to come here when we were younger all the time. Grew up on this street, so it’s nice to see this family business not only still open but renovated and elevated. It still has a family oriented vibe but looks a lot nicer, giving diner meets sports bar. I recognize the owners and son on the cooks like. He was walking around talking to the guests around us, so that was cute. I bought the wings which were phenomenal. Will definitely come back with my friends.

This place is a must try. This is a historic place. They have been here for more than 20 years and recently added a new addition.The burger and fries were so delicious and yummy!

Stopped by for lunch today and enjoyed a delicious cheese steak and fries, and the service was great.
The cheese steak came with a toasted bun, fresh lettuce, mayo, and grilled onions. With the generous allotment of hot sauce at the table, I was in heaven. Fries were crisp and well salted. Really satisfying meal after a day of riding.
Place has a sports bar / family restaurant vibe with lots of TVs behind the bar and well spaced tables and two-tops on the main floor. Tayler (I think that's her name) was a great waitress, friendly and attentive, even while juggling all the tables and even some bar patrons.
Nice place to check out for breakfast or lunch for sure.

A magnificent transformation for the Old Towne Cafe. The counter has been replaced by a big dining room but is remembered in a wonderful mural. Additional staff ensure that more patrons can be served. Love it!
