Giuseppi's Pizza Plus

Wow, what can I say. I have been going to Giuseppi's for years. I'm talking about when they were in Rockville right next to Magruder's grocery store. What is now Rockville Town Square. I have found memories there. Alright, let's talk about their pizza. You cannot go wrong with their Cheese pizza it's always a hit in our house. The steak and cheese, curly fries and Greek salad with chicken are amazing.

Long-time pizza staple in the area, one of the only places around here where you can get a Pittsburgh style pie. I suggest getting a whole pie and skipping the slices, as it's much better fresh. Of note, this is one of the few places that I can think of where you can still get a pitcher of beer in these parts. Inside could use a freshening up though, it's looking a bit tired at this point.

Best quiet, clean, homestyle type pizza & subs, calzones, & food in a restaurant/fast-food! Their pizza is fabulous, no matter what you put or don't put on it. We have been regular customers for at least 25 years. Best of all, they support the community by supporting youth sports from the community schools. Fantastic place to bring your teams after practice & games. We come from the opposite side of town because it is just that delightful. They also offer pick-up/carryout, and delivery. Who can ask for more?!! Sorry, I forgot to take photos.

Absolutely fantastic. The two slice and a drink combo is still my 100% go to. We do order from here monthly, and the pizza is absolutely fantastic. Crispy crust, lightly chewy, and they don't skimp on toppings. The appetizers are slightly more commercial and not quite of the Stellar quality of the pizza. But, honestly, I'm not watching the mozzarella sticks and wings, when I am totally loving the pizza. This location is absolutely 100% comparable in quality to their Rockville location.

Tastes like NY pizza, but looks meh. I would come here again though. The one in Rockville definitely represents NY style pizza where you can fold the pizza in half and drip the oil (or eat it like I do). This one in Kentlands could use some better execution. The pizza comes out rough but it tastes good and it reminds me if NY where I grew up. The calzone is bear perfect. Out of all the places in MD i have tried, the calzone comes closest to what I remember eating in NY. It is baked in the pizza oven, has ricotta cheese, mozzarella. I like it plain with just the cheeses. I think it could use more ricotta to be closer to NY. I would come back here again. Hopefully they can make the pizza flatter so it is closer to NY. But the taste is on point.
